I'm the youngest sibling who moved out at age 21 ½ however, I'm now 26 and the oldest two siblings are now 38 and 41. When should they have left the nest? I guess the next thing I should add is. Since they're both still living at home with both our parents do you think our parents should have kicked them they “F” out years ago? ~~ Sibling #3 and doing me.

ReplyDeleteI'm 18 and I'm the exact opposite of independent, you might say. I feel guilty for the fact my parents or grandmother (who lives with us) pay for me, drive me anywhere and do everything for me...
My brother and sister often asks me:... "do you want to become one of those 40 year-old bachelors living with their parents and playing computer games???"- and...
My parents are my best friends, I love 'em to death and it's mutual of course, my mom actually says now and then: "don't you ever leave home!" lol... So, mmm, can I maybe live in another floor at the same house, get a husband, a job and other things, or is the fact we're LIVING together the problem???
Either way, I don't think it will happen in the next couple of years. My technical age is 18 but my mental age is something like 3 lol... I can't sleep anywhere but my bed, knowing my parents are just behind a wall to protect me... Am I childish? I guess, lol.
Is it that bad that I and my parents never want to part ways?
