OUR youth of today are more depressed at a point to where they are committing self-inflictions, and/or suicide. What should we do as adults too play our parts to help them.....even if they're not our own biological children?

As parents who wants to hear your child is suffering from some type of depression? Back in the day it was highly ignored, because if word got out...good lawdy, lawdy. Your child was deemed crazy by everyone on the block as well as in the neighborhood and the #1 target from their peers in school and out. Mind you that was only adding more to the problem.....

It is estimated that 2.5% of children in the U.S. suffer from depression rather it be genetic or otherwise. Depression is significantly more common in boys under the age of 10, however, by age 16, girls have a greater incidence of depression.

Type of Depression disorders are as follows:

Bipolar disorder
ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder)
OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder)

As in adults, depression in children can be caused by any combination of factors that relate to physical health, life events, family history, environment, genetic vulnerability, and biochemical disturbance. Depression is not a passing mood, nor is it a condition that will go away without proper care.

Here are some primary symptoms of depression revolve around sadness, a feeling of hopelessness, and mood changes. The symptoms of depression in children vary. Signs and symptoms of depression in children include:

  • Irritability or anger.

  • Continuous feelings of sadness, hopelessness.

  • Social withdrawal.

  • Increased sensitivity to rejection.

  • Changes in appetite.

  • Lack of sleep to excessive sleep.

  • Vocal outbursts or crying.

  • Difficulty concentrating.

  • Fatigue and low energy.

  • Physical complaints (such as stomachaches, headaches) that do not respond to treatment

  • Reduced ability to function during events and activities at home or with friends, in school, extracurricular activities, and in other hobbies or interests.

  • Feelings of worthlessness or guilt.

  • Impaired thinking or concentration.
  • Thoughts of death or suicide.

The diagnostic criteria and key defining features of major depressive disorder in children and adolescents are the same as they are for adults. However, recognition and diagnosis of the disorder may be more difficult in youth for several reasons. The way symptoms are expressed varies with the developmental stage of the youngster. In addition, children and young adolescents with depression may have difficulty in properly identifying and describing their internal emotional or mood states. For example, instead of communicating how bad they feel, they may act out and be irritable toward others, which may be interpreted simply as misbehavior or disobedience. Research has found that parents are even less likely to identify major depression in their adolescents than are the adolescents themselves.

Here are some primary symptoms of major depressive disorder revolve around sadness, a feeling of hopelessness, and mood changes. The symptoms in Teenagers through Adulthood may vary. Signs and symptoms of depression in teenagers include:

  • Irritability, anger, or hostility

  • Tearfulness or frequent crying

  • Withdrawal from friends and family

  • Loss of interest in activities
  • Changes in eating and sleeping habits

  • Restlessness and agitation

  • Feelings of worthlessness and guilt

  • Lack of enthusiasm and motivation

  • Fatigue or lack of energy

  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Thoughts of death or suicide

There's NO such thing as a "how to parent book that can teach us or prepare us for everything" and I totally agree that threatening a child/teen to go to therapy is NOT one of the best solutions. Yes, true we as parents lash out in ways that aren't always the best from us hurting because our child is hurting. However, its NOT about what WE think is best, its whats in the “best interest of that child and/or teenager”. If it means them speaking with someone else other then yourself to get to the root of the problem; then so be it, except it, allow it.

It takes a village to raise a child.....time to bring some of that old back into this new day 'n' age generation. We had fewer kids I'm sure doing less harm to themselves as well as to others. I hope our children are getting the assistance they need it hurts to see so many dying off for reasons unknown or only known to them.

Let them know speaking with someone is better then speaking to nobody at all and they should not have to carry all the weight on their shoulders alone.  Of course there is nothing wrong with us parents speaking to someone also so we can keep our strength up for our babies rather it be child or teenager. For the other person on the end whom they may be speaking with, the only thing I can say is sometimes its good for us to just "LISTEN" and “not say one word nor judge”....good luck and blessings to anyone going through....xoxoxo ;-D

Do criminals have too many perks in the BIG house and/or not enough legal rights rather innocent until proven guilty or as guilty as they come?

From a statics stand point the numbers will show yes over no, but I will let you all go in and Google that one....

What was that again you might say??? 3 hots 'n' a cot...Oh my lets not forget the smuggled in cell phones as well as damn near any drug one could want....

As I was doing some research somewhere it stated (forgot to get the link darn it) what happened to bread 'n' water and the good ol'e chain gang or unpaid labor for prisoners???

Inmates were always smart believe it or not....they just got more wiser many moons ago in regards to their rights over the years. Yes, to this day and will know even more then their own attorneys for that matter. However, further into the research one inmate said the outside world is too complexed and on the inside he knows what he has to do each and every day. Where as another stated he can get everything in on the inside whats on the outside from sex, drugs, food and more and not have to pay a cent...get this (we people pay for it)...WT??What...smdh. Then you have the old timer who states he will do what he has to do to get arrested to come back in to live free; especially during the winter time. He mentioned his time was up or all used up and where in society would he fit in? Who would want him now? Rather its a job or a lover.

What was that????? come hard or go home....Tell the truth or shame the devil...Tell it like it t-i-is...ok you all get the point...just post your true thoughts....  ;-D

How would you help a family member who is using Meth? ~~ Anonymous

Methamphetamine a.k.a. “METH” is an awful drug and there is probably not a whole lot you can do except be supportive as best as you can be/know how to be. A person using meth may enter a rehab facility more times than you and I are willing to count and still may not recover. However, they may be one of few to come out alive 'n' kicking if you will. The nature of this drug packs a punch so hard that the effects it has on the brain is so powerful and destructive it's unbelievable. Do your research and the more informed you are the better it is for you and your family member and/or friend.

Here are just some signs that a person might be addicted to methamphetamine:

  • Weight loss.

  • Dilated pupils and rapid, darting eyes.

  • Wakefulness that lasts for days, or perhaps more than a week.

  • Obsessive, fidgety behavior.

  • Frequent sweating.

  • Loquaciousness.

  • Skin lesions and frequent sores that take a long time to heal.

  • Tooth decay (commonly referred to as "meth mouth").

Abortion or Non Abortion?

Reasons one might have to abort a pregnancy:

~ If the mother is going to die

~ Incest

~ Inability to support or care for a child

~ Rape

~ The mother has AIDS or HIV or HPV or whatever and gives it to the baby

~ Its the woman’s body so her choice

~ To end an unwanted pregnancy

~ Physical or mental conditions that endanger the woman's health if the pregnancy is continued

~ To prevent the birth of a child with birth defects or severe medical problems

Reasons one might have to not abort a pregnancy:

~ Abortion can increase your risks of depression

~ Abortion can increase your risk of future miscarriage

~ Abortion is murder of an innocent baby

~ Abortion can increase your risks of discomfort, cervix damage, organ damage, blood clots, uterine cancer, cervical cancer, breast cancer, perforated uterus, and/or DEATH.

~ The abortion might be botched, resulting in a baby born alive, or carried to term but born without limbs or other special needs, which will actually make life harder on the baby.

~ Adoption

~ Regret

Abortions or Non Abortions are the result of the mother being forced or coerced into the choice that is ultimately theirs in the end. If you need more help do your research and ask questions covering both sides. If talking to a friend or family member is difficult, because they may be telling you what to do. Talk to a doctor, a pastor, other parents who can give you both pro's and con's, etc, etc.....

DON'T LET ANYBODY TALK YOU INTO ONE OR THE OTHER FOR ANY REASON! !

If a mother/father lost their guardianship to the other parent due to depression/bi polar disorders, drugs, jail, or whatever reason, should they be given a second chance once they've pulled themselves together?

We all make mistakes and NOBODY is perfect although some of us would like to think they are. Nevertheless, ask yourself when you made a mistake didn't you want to be forgiven? I know I have and I'm sure the next person has felt the same. I'm sure some of you went straight to Matthew 18:21-22 Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, "Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother when he sins against me? Up to seven times?" Jesus answered, "I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times...which of course does not literally mean 490 times, but rather that the number of times are not to be counted...

So are you thinking that everyone deserves a 2nd chance after reading this? Sure you would think, but when it involves a child? Well, I would think one would examine the entire scenario before making such a decision. One of the most important questions should be, “WHAT'S  IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD?” Are we talking about something as small as a nervous breakdown and you're unable to care for the needs of your children until you get yourself together or is it something major like child molestation? It doesn't make you a bad parent if the the other parent or appointed  guardian needs to temporary take care of the children until you are much better to see fit to your children again. However, if its on the lines of hurting a child as in mentioned above; than for me I'm inclined to say H-E-double hockey sticks NAW not NO but NAWWWWW you don't deserve a 2nd chance with them!!!! At this point I'm sure the other half of you went straight to Matthew 18:6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

Creation (GOD) vs. Evolution (Big Bang Theory)? "Note" Please refer to the guidelines in the info tab on FB when talking about this topic please if need be....Thank you

CHAPTER 1
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day. And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good. And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And the evening and the morning were the third day. And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.
And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good. And the evening and the morning were the fourth day. THE CREATION OF HEAVEN AND EARTH ACCORDING TO THE FIRST BOOK OF MOSES CALLED GENESIS (KING JAMES VERSION)

The Big Bang theory is science's best explanation of how the universe was created. The theory asserts that our entire universe was created when a tiny (billions of times smaller than a proton,) super-dense, super-hot mass exploded and began expanding very rapidly, eventually cooling and forming into the stars and galaxies with which we are familiar. This event is said to have happened approximately 15 billion years ago. Rather than expanding outward into some preexisting vacuum, the event of the Big Bang was space itself expanding - perhaps at speeds greater than light. (While Einstein's theory of relativity forbids anything within space from traveling faster than light, it sets no limitations on how fast the fabric of space itself may expand.) The Big Bang theory was originally developed in the late 1920s by Georges-Henri Lemaître, a Belgian Catholic priest and astronomer, an early advocate of solutions to the general relativity field equations which predicted our universe was expanding. (For cosmological theories to be taken seriously, they must pose possible solutions to Einstein's general relativity field equations.) Though the expanding-universe solution to the field equations was derived by the Russian cosmologist Alexander Friedman in 1922, Lemaître was the first to realize that a continuously expanding universe implies that at some point in the past the universe must have been much denser and smaller, even atom-sized.
The Big Bang theory is supported primarily by two major lines of evidence - first, the fact that all galaxies are rapidly moving away from each other (confirmed by Edwin Hubble in 1929), and secondly, the presence of the cosmic microwave background radiation, or the "echo" of the Big Bang. The cosmic microwave background radiation was not discovered until 1965, and up to this point, scientists were divided between the Big Bang theory and its rival, Fred Hoyle's steady state model, which asserted that the universe was expanding, but staying basically the same because new matter was continuously being created. Since the late 1960s, the Big Bang theory has been the dominant explanation for the birth of our universe. Fred Hoyle's steady state model has been discarded. Most of cosmology since that time has consisted of modifications and extensions of Big Bang theory. Because physicists have not yet formulated a consistent theory that explains how gravity operates on extremely small scales (like those present at the instant of the Big Bang), cosmologists are unable to formulate theories as to what happened before about 10^-43 seconds after the Big Bang. Our universe may have originated as a point like entity with nearly-infinite density, or perhaps something else. Our mathematics, instruments, and scientific methodologies may need to be substantially improved before any further progress is made. WISEGEEK

Your friends’ husband or wife makes a pass at you while they are in the next room. Do you leave immediately, because you are uncomfortable, or do you go in the next room to advise your friend what took place even if it may damage the friendship, or do you act on the pass? (Like someone will be bold enough to admit that one)….LOL

True, most people would leave and/or just walk away from it, but is that always the best thing to do? Your mind starts racing do I say something or do I just walk away and ignore it? What if it happens again? What if the person finds out and then excuses me when it wasn't me? What if the aggressor says it was me that came on to them? What if my friends stops talking to me? What if this. What if that?

It's all confusing and a VERY confusing situation to be in, but the saying usually goes like this; “Follow Your Fist Mind” (thoughts). We've all been there or in this situation before, so I'm sure it's safe to say we DON'T envy the position that you're about to enter or may be in now. The best advice anyone can give in something like this is; DO NOT and I mean DO NOT come between them AT ALL!!!!

This would be the worst thing that you could do to yourself, as well as others in that same circle. Allow me to say it isn't worth the trouble that you'll be getting yourself into for something that most likely wouldn't last in the first place, so why even bother going down that fork in the road and taking unwanted passengers with you????? This should give you something to think about before you decide on a course of action if you haven't already started the show and if you have GET OUT NOW before the “plot” thickens.

I have a 17 year old gay friend who lives in Mississippi who suffers from Homophobia and violence. He is being beaten down out in the streets, as well as when he comes back home; his family beats him too! He tried to kill himself a few times already, the whole world is against him and right now so is he. So I guess my ...questions are: Firstly, do you think he did anything to deserve all this??? Secondly, more important, how can I help him, and who can he turn to? ~~ Eden Antopolsky, 18, from Israel

Note: Please list any resources in Mississippi and/or links that can be passed on to Eden's friend, but most important please lift him up in "Prayer"

Do you think interracial kids growing up are treated different by one race over the other? ~~ S. C.

We grew up in a time where we stared at someone who we thought was different from us or we were told “stop pointing”!! We didn't know if we should allow them to fit in or we wanted to ask several questions, but often didn't know how. We wanted to know first what color they were, how was it possible, if they could do what we did, why was their hair different from ours? The list of questions went on and on, however, so did time. As time went on history began changing and growing, so we began to understand that biracial children did NOT come from a different plant and they were NO different from you or I.

Interracial children had it just as difficult as any other race if not harder, and I say that because of friends who mentioned they were NOT accepted by either race and sometimes not even their own family member(s) other than their own parents OR parent. Living in the USA many of us were either looked down on by one race over the other, but both?? I couldn't even pathem.

This world has definitely gone through some breakthroughs in regards to accepting culture and/or change. The USA should be viewed as a BEAUTIFUL “melting pot” of races, religions, ethnicity and nationalities. I see it as the more we blend our families, the more interesting and open-minded we all become.

How many think marrage is relavent anymore? If till death do we part, sickness and health, better or worse parts are omited or replaced with only as long as it is what we want and dont have to give up what we dont? ~ Michael Hansen

Marriage is a social union or legal contract BETWEEN PEOPLE that creates kinship. It is an institution in which interpersonal relationships, usually intimate and sexual, are acknowledged in a variety of ways, depending on the culture or subculture in which it is found. Such a union, often formalized via a wedding ceremony, may also be called matrimony.

People marry for many reasons, including one or more of the following: legal, social, emotional, economical, spiritual, and religious. These might include arranged marriages, family obligations, the legal establishment of a nuclear family unit, the legal protection of children and public declaration of commitment.

Marriage practices are very diverse across cultures, yet almost every known society has had some form of marriage between a man and a woman. In some societies an individual is limited to being in one such couple at a time (monogamy), while other cultures allow a male to have more than one wife (polygamy) or, less commonly, a female to have more than one husband (polyandry).

Some societies also allow marriage between two males or two females. Societies frequently have other restrictions on marriage based on the ages of the participants, preexisting kinship, and membership in religious or other social groups.

The act of marriage usually creates normative or legal obligations between the individuals involved. In some societies these obligations also extend to certain family members of the married persons.

ALMOST ALL CULTURES THAT RECOGNIZE MARRIAGE ALSO RECOGNIZE ADULTERY AS A VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF MARRIAGE, AND FORBID INCESTUOUS MARRIAGES.

In cultures that allow the dissolution of a marriage this is known as divorce.
Marriage is usually recognized by the state, a religious authority, or both. It is often viewed as a contract. Civil marriage is the legal concept of marriage as a governmental institution irrespective of religious affiliation, in accordance with marriage laws of the jurisdiction. If recognized by the state, by the religion(s) to which the parties belong or by society in general, the act of marriage changes the personal and social status of the individuals who enter into it. At what age do boys have wet dreams? I think my son had one and can they still have them a lot more or less when they grow older? ~~ A first time mother

A wet dream is the uncontrolled ejaculation of semen from the penis during sleep which is caused by sexual arousal and orgasm from dreams and/or physical stimulation like rubbing against the bed or even having a full bladder.

This is completely normal for males going through puberty, and this could be anywhere between the ages of 12 to 18. Usually males will have fewer wet dreams once they start masturbating, or reach the end of puberty or become sexually active. If you are still experiencing wet dreams into your adulthood then your doctor may advise you to try daily Kegel exercises .

If this does not help your problem, talk to a doctor about premature ejaculation .

If anyone is wondering if woman have wet dreams?????

Oh you bet we do..... In 1953, Alfred Kinsey, Ph.D., found out by the time a woman reaches 45 years old, she would have experienced a few to several a year. Different studies by the age of 21 and even by their teenage years.

It's easier for men to notice their wet dreams because of the ejaculatory evidence, where as with women the vaginal secretions could be a sign of sexual arousal without orgasm.

Do you think a child molester should be castrated on a first, second or third offense if they had forced sex with a child under what year of age or if at all?

In Poland it is now the law for child molesters to undergo chemical castration, if a judge so desires. This affects child molesters released from prison after serving time for raping a child younger than 15. (read additional information on below link)

How do you all feel about day trading and/or investing in penny stocks? ~~ J.G.

Day Trading: refers to the practice of buying and selling financial instruments within the same trading day such that all positions are usually closed before the market close for the trading day. Traders that participate in day trading are called active traders or day traders. Some of the more commonly day-traded financial instruments are stocks, stock options, currencies, and a host of futures contracts such as equity index futures, interest rate futures, and commodity futures. Day trading used to be an activity exclusive to financial firms and professional investors and speculators. Indeed, many day traders and bank or investment firm employees working as specialists in equity investment and fund management. However, with the advent of electronic trading and margin trading, day trading has become increasingly popular among at-home traders. WIKIPEDIA

Penny Stock: also known as a micro cap equity, refers to a share in a company which trades for less than $5.00. While this is the official definition, and is used by the US Securities and Exchange Commission, generally every full service or discount broker, and the vast majority of analysts and institutional investors, there are other more loosely held criteria applied by the general public and most retail investors. In other countries the term may be used differently, without reference to US institutions.

Some of these alternative criteria include:
  • a price per share being less than $1, and as low as fractions of one cent
  • a market cap of less than $50 million or less than $25 million
  • trading on more obscure markets, such as the Pink Sheets.
While such definitions are sometimes used by individuals and retail investors, the various and loose unconventional definitions enjoy no consensus or accuracy.
As well, there are many limitations with the alternative definitions, as they often contradict themselves. For example, there are many companies trading for only a few cents with market capitalization’s of hundreds of millions of dollars, or corporations trading on the Pink Sheets but having share prices of $50 or more. I don’t understand nor accept women sleeping with married men when they KNOW they're married!! I’m a scorned wife, due to my home being disrupted by a “home-wrecker” by someone from my husbands’ job. Even if the married man makes a pass first; don’t these so call women have morals and these little girls doing it just ...don’t have a clue do they? (To let you all know she mentioned she knew he was married and only dates married men) ~~ Anonymous

Woman may have a variety of reasons fueling their behavior why they cheat with married men; which may include her her age, social class, marital status, and/or several other reasons. Nevertheless, no matter how you cut it, slice it, or dice it....the “heffa” is wrong, more wrong and dead wrong!!

Too many homes are being disrupted from people who don't hold nor respect their marriage vows. Sure we all aren't perfect and we all make mistakes, but come the hell on now?????

The husband doesn’t know rather to go left or right, the wife is on a rampage wondering who to kill first and if children are involved; who's thinking about them in the end????? They are the ones suffering emotionally and will be torn between both parents.....all behind someone not being able to think with the right head at the right time!

What you do in the dark will surly come to the light.....

How do you feel about guns in your household rather its water, fake or real guns?

This is why guns should NOT be allowed in the household when you have a $%!@#$%^ parent(s) like this here!!!!!

I recall my elders telling stories about playing cowboy and Indians and how much fun they had doing so. Of course we grew up at the tail end of it. I have to say some of us would watch the black and white movies on a Saturday afternoon then head out doors to emulate what we just saw with friends.

I would say some where around the 80's / 90's it was NO longer any fun for the next generation of kids and I'm NOT talking about us growing up nor out growing the outside game. It seemed everywhere you turned a kid was either dying by a gun due to a freak accident or the real cowboys I mean cops were gunning down Indians...you got it the kids. If you really do your research you will see more....lets say..... Buffalo Soldiers have died by the gun than any other race.

Nevertheless, each year there are @ 34,000 gun related deaths in the U.S. and more than 500 children die EVERY year from accidental gunshots. Some shoot themselves as young as toddler age, while others kill friends or family members after discovering a gun. As a parent it is your responsibility to assure gun safety in your home when you have children. Many people have said if you hide a gun the kids will find it. If you lock it up they will find away to get into it or you just might see certain parent(s) who will replace Barbie dolls with weapons as a picture on your next greetings card.....smdmfvh!!!!

You can only say and do so much in regards to your children and we all know they will turn around and do something else; let alone some parents as you see. Some parents will argue that guns are safe its the people, but how do you say that when you have a split second to notice that's NO adult at the other end of that gun? You will have other parents who will state I only do play guns, but remember the African-American boy who was shot to death for a having a toy gun riding around on a bike playing. Mind you all the other stories that fall under that same issue....Then of course you have the parent(s) who will ONLY allow colorful water guns in the home, visible enough to see miles away.

Whatever your choice is just ALWAYS be aware and prepared.......

Just keep in mind the old motto...
”PREVENT IS BETTER THEN CURE”

I have dated this guy for a little over 9 months and he is uncircumcised. Other than that we have a lot in common and I mean a lot to where it’s just almost perfect. Ladies how do you feel about uncircumcised men, because there is a part of me that can’t bring myself 2 sleep with him cause of the skin it just creeps me out!! “HELP”? ~~ Anonymous

CIRCUMCISED OR UNCIRCUMCISED??

We just spoke about banning Ritual Prick (B.K.A.) Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) on babies, children and women in other countries mainly Africa... http://tactfulrealtalk.blogspot.com/2010/09/aap-released-statement-recommending.html

So ummmmm why are we so free to have males circumcised here so freely? (read the link above before answering the question)

Every male has the option to become circumcised when he's older, however, it's the parent(s) who will usually make that decision for him. I don't recall any man state they would've liked/loved to have had the option when they became an adult???????? I got this one for you guys...OUCH!!!

Some will say GOD made man with the extra skin, so leave well enough alone. Many others will say it's a cultural/religion belief, where others may say the foreskin is there to protect the glands. Some state the foreskin is very, very sensitive and enhances sexual stimulation.

Of course you will have the other group of people who feel its a must do for the following reasons:

1 The main number 1 reason is urinary tract infection sometimes occur in babies which could be VERY serious and circumcision in infancy makes it 10 times less likely for them to develop. Another reason is men and their partners, prefer the appearance of the penis after circumcision.

2 Some older men develop cancer of the penis and infant circumcision gives almost 100% protection, and young adult circumcision also gives a large degree of protection.

3 As with HIV, so some protection exists against other sexually transmitted infections. Accordingly, if a condom splits or comes off, there is some protection for the couple. However, the only safe sex is to stick to one partner or abstain.

4 Many older men, who have bladder or prostate gland problems, also develop difficulties with their foreskins and some may require circumcision.

5 Balanitis is an unpleasant recurring inflammation of the glans.

Children today are joining what they call “FIGHT CLUBS” in school mainly Junior High Schools. Usually all the children are all friends who are in this circle and they take turns taking a “beat down” if you will on different days.

Please post your thought I’m so lost for words on this; that I cant even think of anything good enough to post right now….(just sad…very sad)

Corvallis School District officials say they’ve broken up a “fight club” at Cheldelin Middle School.
Twenty boys — 19 eighth-graders and one seventh-grader — have been disciplined for taking part in what district officials describe as a series of organized fights last week at the Northside school.

The AAP released a statement recommending that the ban on female genital mutilation be lifted to allow doctors to perform a "ritual prick" on infant females to satisfy the families who believe in the practice and prevent them from sending their daughters overseas for the full circumcision. Thoughts??? ~~ L. J.

Ritual Prick (B.K.A.) Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) is a genitals surgical procedure performed in many parts of the world extensively in a large area of Africa.

THE PURPOSE OF HAVING THIS PERFORMED..... GET THIS...... “IS TO REDUCE THE SIZE OF THE VAGINA FOR THE MAN TO INCREASE HIS ENJOYMENT DURING THE SEXUAL ENCOUNTER”.....(this is where you get so quiettttt.... you can hear a rat piss on cotton or you go left field like you have a touch of 51/50 in ya) smdmfh >:-0

FGM is performed on females from early as birth up until a woman has giving birth to her first born child.

Mind you no eligible man would consider marrying a girl who has not undergone the procedure unless her sexual desire has been reduced by the procedure, as well as ensuring her virginity until marriage. The more extensive procedure would be stitching of her vagina for the same reasoning. Other parts of the country may consider female genitalia to be ugly, offensive and/or dirty, of the removal. They believe that it makes a woman more aesthetically pleasurable, let alone they feel its best for her hygiene.

Ritual Prick is a practice that violates the basic human rights of women AND girls and seriously compromises “their health” in an abundant of ways from spotted blood to death. When will the time come when the females in the 3rd world countries can stand up and say....NO excuse me shout “YOUR APPROVAL OF MY BODY IS NOT NEEDED OR REQUIRED!!!!”

How to cope or even help others dealing with Postpartum Stress, Bi Polar, Post Traumatic Stress, and/or any other Depression Disorder?

Listening to your friend is one thing being there for support is another. You will NOT be able to cure your family nor friends clinical disorder and whatever you do please DON'T say you understand when you haven't gone through it. Either at short, flexible or long periods of times your family or friend may push you away and there is NO quick fix to a recovery time.

Keep in touch with your family/friend at different times each day or every other day and when you speak with them please DO NOT ask how they're doing when you know they are suffering from say depression. In turn ask something on the lines of are things any better today then yesterday?

Sometimes letting them talk about things they wish to discuss is allowing them to get out the frustration/anger etc, etc that may be troubling them. In other cases if its say stress find out whats stressing them and work out solutions to put a plane in motion to ease that problem.

Find out things they like to do oppose to taking them places that you think is best. Stay alert to their behavior and seek immediate assistance if they're a danger/threat to themselves or others. In other cases; if they're overwhelmed keep them calm. Maybe step in take action do some chores, assist with the baby/children etc.

Just know that your NOT a doctor, therapist nor shrink if you will, but keep in mind:
